Project: Wells Road Improvements
Location: Orange Park, Clay County, FL
Tocoi’s Principle-in-Charge participated in design, permitting, and construction inspection for improvements to approximately 2.5 miles of Wells Road. Wells Road is a heavily used urban roadway in the Clay County area. The improvements to the roadway included a new curb and gutter and a closed drainage system, new median, turning lanes, intersections and CSX roadway crossing.
