· EDUCATION: High School Diploma, Professional certification preferred, College degree preferred
· EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of previous experience required
· Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Design all phases of civil drawings and land development drawings to put together complete sets of conceptual plans, preliminary plans, and final construction plans for residential, commercial, roadway and industrial projects • Interpret landscape plans, hardscape plans, lighting plans, and topographic surveys for implementation with civil plans and land development plans Requirements: • Proficiency with AutoCAD 3D 2018 or higher • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Ability to work closely with design team, engineers, and administrators with minimal supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience in critical thinking and the ability to be creative • Ability to take initiative and meet required deadlines • MUST have prior experience in land development and civil design •Represent the firm in a professional manner •Keep up to date on all modern advancement in material and software technologies •Excellent attention to detail
