Project: Governors Pointe, A Yacht Club Community
Location: Green Cove Springs, Clay County, FL
Governors Pointe is a luxury residential and yacht club community on the St. Johns River in Green Cove Springs. The $3.3 million gated access development boasts 22 custom lots, a private resident pool and club house, and a 44-slip marina. Tocoi’s participation in this project included civil site design and permit coordination with the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
